  • Work closely with Salesperson to coordinate all aspects of the design, quoting and contracting of prospective new business. This interaction should include but is not limited to:

  • Ability to take discovery information and create an Audio, Video and/or Lighting design based on customer expectations

This will be a dual role consisting of job duties from both Commissioning Specialist and Service Technician.

General Description:

The Commissioning Specialist is responsible for onsite commissioning of audio, video, and lighting systems during the final phase of project installation.  A Commissioning Specialist is tasked with working with Project Managers, Programmers and Designers to provide a complete and fully functional AVL system to finalize installation. The Commissioning Specialist has the responsibility to oversee the commissioning of AVL systems during the staging phase in the prefab facility and onsite after installation of the systems.  The Commissioning Specialist works in conjunction with the Prefabrication Department with setup and programming of AVL equipment prior to installation. Travel is required.

The Service Technician will service and repair integrated audio, video, and lighting systems in commercial venues, houses of worship, governmental buildings and businesses throughout the country while working as a productive team member to meet scheduled deadlines. The Service Technician will also be responsible for providing phone service support to clients as required.

Essential Job Duties for Commissioning Specialist:

  • Work in conjunction with Prefabrication and assist in the setup of user interface devices (AVL Control consoles, Graphical User Interfaces, etc.) prior to final installation onsite.
  • Ensure onsite commissioning is completed within established time constraints.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager, Programmer and Designer on all project specific needs for systems commissioning.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager to confirm Systems Commissioning Schedule and dates/times.  
  • Verify the final fabrication of all equipment racks meet design specifications.
  • Verify the configuration of all audio, video, lighting, and control devices, including but not limited to, firmware of components, finalized DSP, audio console, and control system files, assignment of DMX addresses for lighting fixtures.  
  • Store all finalized files pertinent to the project in the associated project file on our company network (i.e. DSP, control system, video configuration, and console files) and update the onsite USB key with all final files and current versions of programming software.
  • Possess the ability to troubleshoot complex AVL systems and resolve issues.
  • Communicate with Design and Programming teams to verify control system functionality.
  • Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers, Technicians in the field regarding questions about technical and operational aspects of the project.
  • Possess the ability to solder and terminate and test all types of A/V connection points.
  • Configure and verify IP addressing of all network connected AVL and control system devices.
  • Document any changes made to the IP scheme of AVL equipment and system interfaces during commissioning.
  • Perform verification of equipment lists from the project proposal to confirm that onsite gear inventory and prints are in congruence.
  • Verify completion and accuracy of staging quality control checklists.
  • Verify onsite rack testing with hardware and software.
  • Escalate any issues found in design and drawings to Project Manager and Designer for resolution.
  • Verify all devices are labelled to correspond with project documentation.
  • Perform customer training on all installed systems.
  • Attend first system usage by customer to provide operational and technical support.
  • Must be able to travel and work on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Execute additional tasks as requested by the Technical Operations Manager.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues associated with AVL systems in the commercial arena – emphasis on house of worship, corporate, education and government environments

General Description:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist ensures that the daily functions and procedures of the warehouse run smoothly and efficiently. This includes shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory, fulfilling orders, processing internal RMAs, handling vendor returns as needed, and organizing storage areas. The Warehouse Operations Specialist must keep close tabs on all facets of warehouse operations.
The Prefabrication Technician will perform in-house staging of audio, video, and lighting systems prior to onsite installation.  The person in this position will work closely with the Senior Prefabrication Technician in Pensacola to ensure duties are performed in accordance with All Pro standards and measures. Occasional overtime maybe required.

Essential Job Duties of Warehouse Operations:

  • Verify that merchandise to be shipped is accurate and securely packaged for shipping
  • Coordinate with Pensacola Warehouse Operations to stay abreast of changes to shipping requirements for UPS WorldShip and FEDEX Ship Manager
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Prefabrication Manager for scheduling of freight shipments
  • Schedule freight shipments using appropriate carrier service based on delivery specifications from Project Managers and cost
  • Prepare pallets of freight for shipment
  • Maintain inventory of shipping supplies
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damage and notate accordingly.
  • Accurately count and label all merchandise that is received and notify purchasing if discrepancies occur with purchase orders

The Sales Administrator will make critical business decisions about the viability of SWAPS leads as well as coordinating qualifying box sales between Sweetwater and All Pro.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Vetting for all SWAPS leads to ensure they meet the qualifying criteria for acceptance and intake in our portal
  • Decide on distribution to the appropriate Regional Sales Manager based on the prospects’ geography, segment vertical and the work load of our Acct Managers
  • Decide on appropriate assignment of non-qualifying leads to 3rd party partners for leads they deem viable to pursue
  • Provide Timely Communication and exceptional support for our internal clients

  • Managing SWAPS program and relationships with Sweetwater Sales Engineers

General Description:  The Project Superintendent will supervise and direct the work of a team of technicians and/or subcontractors during the installation of contracted audio, video, and lighting integrated systems. It is the job of the Project Superintendent to ensure established project design, scope, and deadlines are met.  Extensive travel is required.

  • Supervise and direct the work of technicians to ensure proper scope of work
  • Coordinate with general and electrical contractors, and other trades concerning project status

General Description:


The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects starting with the project kickoff meeting and ending with a successful certification of completion document.  All Pro Integrated System’s expectations of the Project Manager are for all projects to be professionally installed, on time, and within the established budget. The Project Manager will coordinate all resources required for each project including both personnel and material to enable a satisfactory completion of each project.  Additionally, the Project Manager will take a leadership role in setting standards and best practices and initiating tracking and reporting mechanisms for projects and programs. Essential Job Duties:
  • Responsible for supervision of all personnel and activities on project sites
  • Obtain and read all contract documents including, but not limited to, bid drawings & specifications, contracts, subcontractor scopes of work, and construction schedules
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives including, but not limited to, contractual, financial, technical, schedule, construction coordination, materials, personnel, and scope of work
  • Coordinate all in house activities associated with project execution including, but not limited to, submittals, engineering, fabrication and installation, programming, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting
  • Facilitate internal project kick-off meeting that includes the appropriate All Pro personnel
  • Create and manage the project schedule
  • Function as the focal point for internal and external project communication and documentation including, but not limited to, requests for information (RFI), change order documents, site readiness letters, delay or compression notification, safety reporting, material hand off inventory, punch lists, close out documents.
  • Provide weekly updates of job progress, percentage of completion, and project end dates
  • Responsible for ordering of all project equipment, hardware, and aerial lift rentals
  • Coordinate with Director of Installation to schedule personnel for installation
  • Monitor and manage the costing of each project and communicate any issues that impact profitability
  • Solicit quotes from qualified subcontractors as required
  • Proactively manage the change order process
  • Coordinate and/or provide training to the client
  • Review project drawings and schematics for accuracy
  • Coordinate all special assemblies, rigging and hardware required for project
  • Must always maintain a clean driving record and possess the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings for project security clearance as required

The Installation Technician will install audio, video, and lighting integrated systems in commercial venues, houses of worship, governmental buildings and businesses throughout the country while working as a productive team member to meet established project design and deadlines. Essential Job Duties:   
 
  • Ability to follow directions given by the Lead Technician or Project Manager to ensure proper scope of work
  • Proficient in the ability to read and decipher blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Considerable skill in soldering techniques
  • Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly process information, prioritize job tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with various techniques used in pulling wire and cable
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within a team
  • Responsible for reporting on-site risks and issues to the Lead Technician to ensure efficient resolution and comply with project time-line and budget
  • Responsible for keeping track of personal timecard which includes clocking in and out of the correct job assignment
  • Drive our commercial vehicles which requires a DOT commercial driver's medical certificate.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug tests for project security clearance at all times as requested by customers and clients
  • Must be able to travel to job sites throughout the country
  • The ability to work from elevated heights and lift heavy equipment
